Video One: Kubota BX23s Compact Tractor Landscaping and Stump Removal

In our first Kubota BX23 video project, we start by pulling out some bushes with the backhoe and smoothing out the land with the loader. Be sure to follow along with our Working Though The Weekend video series to see new videos of the Kubota BX23s compact tractor loader backhoe in action.

Video Two: Kubota BX23s Compact Tractor w/ Land Pride RTA1250 Tilling for a Garden

This is the second addition to our Working Through The Weekend BX series videos where we are working to establish a garden and maintain the land around it. This time we removed the backhoe from the tractor to mount a rear 3pt hitch tiller. After prepping the soil with the tiller, we used the loader on the front of the tractor to make our hills for our vegetables. Be sure to follow along with our Working Through The Weekend video series to see new videos of the Kubota BX23s compact tractor loader backhoe in action.

Video Three: Kubota BX23s with Land Pride Post Hole Digger and Forks

In our third edition of our Working Through The Weekend video series, we paired the Kubota Tractor Corporation BX23S compact tractor with Land Pride PFL1242 pallet forks and a Land Pride PD10 auger. This week's focus was to get the garden planted and install some posts to support the plants as they grow. Edgewater Farm made this easy for us since they have what feels like an endless greenhouse of vegetable plants to pick from!

Video Four: Kubota BX23s Compact Tractor Cleaning Up Brush with a Land Pride Grapple and Land Pride Chipper

In the 4th segment of our Working Through the Weekend video series, we have a Kubota BX23s compact tractor set up with a Land Pride SGC grapple on the front and a Land Pride WC1504 chipper on the back. These Land Pride implements are performance matched for Kubota tractors including the Kubota BX23 so you can trust Land Pride implements to complete task after task with the reliability and performance you expect. In this video, we're clearing brush around the property to allow some more sunlight into the garden. The grapple can easily pull small to moderate sized brush from the wooded area and the chipper can clean up debris that's four inches or less in diameter. We hope you enjoy this video and be sure to stay tuned for our next video in our Working Through the Weekend video series.

Video Five: Kubota BX23 Compact Tractor Repairing the Driveway with a Box Blade and Landscape Rake

Kubota Tractor Corporation BX series tractors can be paired with a number of rear 3 point hitch implements. In this video, we used a Land Pride BB0548 box blade and LR0560 landscape rake to repair our access road at the dealership in Plainfield, New Hampshire. To start, we used the Land Pride box blade to gather the material from the bottom of the driveway and bring it up to the top of the driveway where the rain had washed out a few areas. Using the box blade this way eliminated the need to purchase new material to fix the wash out. After the material was moved to the top, we used the Land Pride landscape rake to create a nice finish to the driveway and we restored some of the crown so that the water drains properly moving forward.

Video Six: Kubota L2501 Compact Tractor Using a Disc Harrow and Building a Raised Garden Bed

We are back in 2020 to bring you another Working Through the Weekend video series. Last year, we used a Kubota BX23s compact tractor to clear brush, fix the driveway and set up our summer garden at our Plainfield New Hampshire property. This year, we will be using a Kubota L2501 compact tractor with different front and rear implements to perform garden work and a variety of other projects around our property. In our first L2501 video, we use a Land Pride disc harrow to open up our Summer garden bed. We also use a set of Land Pride pallet forks to move some building materials around and build a raised garden bed. Be sure to keep following along as we add more Kubota L2501 compact tractor videos to our Working Through the Weekend video series

Video Seven: Kubota L2501 Compact Tractor Using a Grapple and Chipper to Remove and Clean Up Brush

In our second Kubota L2501 Working Through the Weekend video, we use a Kubota L2501 compact tractor and loader mounted Land Pride grapple to remove some brush and logs from our garden area. We also use a unique tow behind chipper from Wallenstein to clean up branches and smaller debris. Kubota offers a variety of dealer installed options for their compact and utility tractors. For the set up in this video, we installed a third function hydraulic valve to run our grapple. This third function valve can also be used for a hydraulic snow plow in the winter. Be sure to stayed tuned for more Working Through the Weekend videos featured the Kubota L2501 compact tractor.

Video Eight: Kubota L2501 Compact Tractor Using a Land Pride Grapple and Post Hole Digger to Set Posts

This time on our Working Through The Weekend video series, we're going to start working in the garden. We use a Kubota L2501 compact tractor with a Land Pride PD15 auger with a 9" bit to put our 4x4 posts in the ground. We are using these posts to support wire to grow our tomatoes on. We still have our SGC1060 grapple on the front because it makes moving the posts a breeze.

Video Nine: Kubota L2501 with Land Pride Power Rake

This time in our Working Through the Weekend video series, we are removing stones and other debris from our garden with a Land Pride PR1672 power rake. We also have a Virnig rock bucket on the front for sifting through the material. The Kubota L2501 has optional rear remotes installed to run the hydraulic angle cylinder on the power rake which makes prepping our garden bed clean and easy.

Video Ten: Kubota L2501 and BX2680 Finishing the Garden

This time on our Working Through the Weekend video series, we use our Kubota Tractor Corporation L2501HST to move some building materials we got from LaValley Building Supply for a water tank. We also use a Kubota BX2680 with a Land Pride RTA1250 tiller to prep the soil for vegetables. Then we head down to Edgewater Farm to get our vegetables that are already started for us and ready to plant.
